Get in touch.

A real person reads every email. Usually it’s us — the same small team that built the app. No tickets, no chatbots, no “your case has been escalated.”

We answer within one business day, usually faster. Mention your iOS version and what you were doing when something broke — it saves a round-trip.

What’s your message about?
Something is broken
A bug, a crash, a screen that won’t load.
Billing or subscription
Refunds, transfers, or a charge you don’t recognize.
A feature idea
Something you wish the app did. We read all of these.
Press or partnerships
Articles, podcasts, clinician outreach, integrations.
Things people ask first
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?+
Pro is billed through the App Store, so cancellation lives there: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Interrupt → Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep Pro features until the end of the billing period. We can’t cancel for you (Apple doesn’t give us that ability), but we can help you find the screen if it’s buried.
I want a refund.+
Same situation — refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Interrupt charge. Apple decides. If they decline and you feel that’s wrong, write to us and we’ll see what we can do directly.
How do I export or delete my data?+
All sessions live on your device. To delete everything, uninstall the app or use Settings → Clear all data inside Interrupt. We don’t hold a copy on a server, so there’s nothing on our side to delete.
The Interrupt button isn’t working / the timer froze.+
Force-quit the app and reopen it — that resets the timer state. If it happens twice, please email us with your iOS version and roughly what time it happened; we keep crash logs locally and your screenshot helps us match them up.
Can I use Interrupt with my therapist?+
Yes — lots of beta testers do. We don’t have a clinician dashboard yet, but you can take a screenshot of your History view and share it in session. If clinician export is something you’d use, write to us and tell us what would actually help — that’s how this gets built.
When is Android coming?+
Not yet — iPhone first. Send us an email titled “Android list” and we’ll write you once when it lands. No newsletter, no marketing.
If this is a crisis, support email is the wrong door — we may not see it for hours. Please go to crisis resources for hotlines that can help right now.
